Ingrid Prasatya

Indonesian-born Ingrid Prasatya is Director of The Society Group and trailblazer who is actively pursuing a growth and expansion plan for her hospitality group.

Prasatya entered the Food & Beverage industry in 2005 with the Gelare franchise and ventured into the restaurant business in 2007, when she launched renowned steakhouse The Prime Society at Dempsey Hill. Bitten by the business bug and driven by the phenomenal success of her first venture, Prasatya began building an impressive portfolio of Food & Beverage concepts with the intention of franchising.

While 2009 has been overcast with economic doom and gloom, Prasatya’s entrepreneurial instinct led her to forgo a conservative approach to capitalize on untapped opportunities created by the downturn.

In this year alone, The Society Group has launched two new concepts – The Society Bistro at Mandarin Gallery and The Nautilus Project at ION Orchard, a Pan Asian seafood restaurant strategically positioned as the new flagship of The Society Group. In addition, The Society Group operates Society Bars and The Society Cafés.

Cutting-edge concepts, exceptional service, and premium positioning in the central shopping and business districts distinguishes The Society Group as a key player in the Food & Beverage industry.
